A stimulus consisting of a square pulse of current is applied
to the membrane at the beginning of the simulation. You can adjust the amplitude
and duration of the pulse before each simulation. Try different combinations
of amplitude and duration to see whether or not an action potential is generated
and how the values affect the action potential. You can see the sodium and
potassium activation variables m, h, and n by right clicking on the graph
and selecting these variables. Model details can be found here.
